岗位职责：

1. Responsible for supplier development, evaluation, selection and management; improve and maintain the supplier resource database.

2. Organize comprehensive evaluation on the price, quality, delivery lead time and quantity of purchased materials to meet production requirements and cost control targets.

3. Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, contract terms, delivery conditions, etc., to optimize procurement costs and supply chain efficiency.

4. Coordinate communication between suppliers and the production & quality inspection departments, track material delivery progress, and handle abnormal issues such as quality disputes and delivery delays.

5. Regularly analyze market trends and supplier performance, propose supply chain optimization solutions to reduce procurement risks.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical/Electronic Engineering and related fields are preferred.

2. Over 5 years of experience in supplier development or procurement management; familiar with material characteristics and industry standards in the manufacturing sector.　　

3. Possess excellent market analysis capabilities, negotiation skills and data sensitivity; able to independently complete cost accounting and supplier evaluation.

4. Proficient in Excel, ERP systems and other supply chain management tools.

5. Strong sense of responsibility with outstanding communication and coordination skills.
