1.5 After receiving a user's maintenance request, the after-sales personnel shall be arranged and the maintenance time shall be replied to the user within 1 hour. Services will be provided within one working day in central cities, and within two working days in surrounding areas, townships and remote rural areas to confirm the on-site service time. For special requirements or assigned tasks with specified service time stated in the company's work order, the provisions shall be strictly followed in accordance with the company's requirements.
1.6 Free warranty service is provided within the warranty period.
1.7 The following cases shall not be covered by the free warranty:
1) Damage caused by improper use, maintenance or upkeep by the user;
2) Damage caused by installation, disassembly or maintenance performed by personnel not authorized by our company;
3) The model of the purchased product is inconsistent with that of the product to be repaired;
4) Damage caused by force majeure natural disasters;
5) Products whose warranty period has expired beyond the provisions of the state and the company.
2. Warranty Commitments for Product Series
2.1 Calculated from the date of product purchase, based on the installation date recorded in the company's after-sales system via the user's product installation information form.
2.2 The warranty periods of the company's products are specified as follows: details shall be subject to the provisions of the sales contract.
3. Product Installation and Commissioning Commitment
3.1 For users who purchase our company's products, the company provides free assistance with installation and commissioning services;
3.2 After the Company receives the user's request for commissioning or maintenance, the service will be provided within one working day in central cities, and within two working days in surrounding areas, townships and remote rural areas; (excluding users with special requirements and cities with long distances).
3.3 If the user purchases installation materials on their own, the company's staff shall inspect the quality of the materials. Any unqualified installation materials shall be promptly informed to the user, and the user shall be reminded to replace them with qualified ones.
If the user refuses to replace the materials, the installation service shall not be provided in consideration of the user's safety. The relevant situation shall be recorded and reported to the company for easy cause investigation in case of any safety accidents.
3.4 If repeated installation of the product is caused by the user, the relevant installation fees shall be negotiated with the user and charged as appropriate.
