The 2026 National Work Safety Month has arrived as scheduled. Centering on the theme Everyone Prioritizes Safety, Everyone Masters Emergency Response — Identify and Rectify Potential Risks and Hazards, our company has made overall arrangements for safety training and fire drills. We comprehensively consolidate the foundation of work safety and build a solid safety barrier for production and operation.
Guided by the goals of promoting safety concepts, imparting professional knowledge, eliminating hidden dangers and enhancing emergency capabilities, we have adopted multiple measures to effectively carry out safety education and hazard remediation. In the early stage of the campaign, the company held special safety training sessions. Instructors systematically explained fire protection laws, regulations and on-site safety management rules, and thoroughly analyzed fire causes as well as key points of daily fire prevention and control. Combined with real accident cases, we conducted warning education. The sobering lessons sounded the alarm for all staff, helping employees abandon fluke mentality and strengthen awareness of the safety red line. This ensures safety concepts are fully understood and implemented across the company.
In addition, the presenter demonstrated the standard operation of fire-fighting equipment such as fire extinguishers, fire hoses and gas masks via videos. Practical skills including fire avoidance, self-rescue, mutual rescue and evacuation were explained in detail, helping participants master the ability to tackle initial fires.
After the theoretical training, the company organized a full-scale emergency drill simulating a sudden fire. Employees on each floor covered their mouths and noses, bent down and evacuated quickly to the assembly point along designated routes. Multiple departments worked in coordination to complete the whole process including hazard reporting, personnel evacuation and initial fire control in accordance with the emergency plan. The drill proceeded in an orderly manner with smooth teamwork, effectively verifying the feasibility of the emergency plan and the team's coordination capability.
