The residual pressure monitoring system consists of a residual pressure monitoring host, residual pressure controller, pressure relief valve actuator and residual pressure sensor. This system keeps the residual pressure of evacuation passages under effective control during fire incidents. It can not only stop smoke spread, but also allow evacuees to open fire doors effortlessly for escape, thus ensuring safe evacuation of personnel.Based on national standards GB 50016-2014 Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings and GB 51251-2017 Technical Standard for Smoke Prevention and Smoke Exhaust Systems of Buildings, Jinan Ben'an Technology has developed the "Evacuation Passage Residual Pressure Monitoring System".
