China Gas Holdings Limited (referred to as China Gas) is one of China’s largest cross-regional integrated energy supply and service enterprises. It is listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with stock code 00384.
After years of development, China Gas has built a full-business portfolio led by pipeline natural gas, supplemented by liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), liquefied natural gas (LNG), vehicle and marine gas, propane micro-pipeline networks, hydrogen energy development and utilization, low-carbon integrated energy services, energy internet operation, manufacturing of gas equipment and kitchen appliances, as well as grid e-commerce.
As of March 31, 2022, China Gas had over 100,000 employees and more than 1,700 subsidiaries. It owns over 660 franchised pipeline gas projects, more than 600 natural gas refueling stations for vehicles and vessels, over 110 LPG terminal distribution projects, and more than 360 completed and operational multi-energy complementary integrated energy supply projects. Its assets include 1 coalbed methane development project, 32 long-distance natural gas pipeline projects, 4 LPG terminals, 7 large petrochemical storage bases, one offshore transportation fleet and multiple land hazardous chemical transport fleets. The total length of its gas pipelines exceeds 500,000 kilometers, with annual natural gas sales hitting 36.7 billion cubic meters. It serves over 50 million pipeline gas and bottled LPG users, covering an urban population of more than 200 million.

On June 2, 2021, at the 2021 China Enterprise Competitiveness Summer Summit hosted by China Business Journal and China Economic Future, China Gas Holdings Limited won the Most Competitive Digital Energy Solution Award in the 2021 New Business Forces — Digital Transformation Pioneer List. In July 2021, at the 10th CFS China Financial Summit held in Shanghai, the Group claimed the 2021 Industry Influential Brand Award by virtue of its robust comprehensive strength and industry influence.
