Product Description:
This smart gas shut-off valve consists of a high-precision integrated temperature and pressure sensor, actuator, valve body, valve bonnet, operation panel and IoT communication unit. It monitors pipelines in real time via high-precision pressure and temperature sensors, and identifies abnormal operating conditions including underpressure, overpressure, gas leakage and overtemperature through intelligent algorithms. In the event of leakage or other faults, the valve will shut off automatically and send notifications to users.
Product Features:
※ Featuring DN15 pipe diameter and 4 m³/h flow rate, it supports three gas supply modes: normally open, normally closed and heating, to suit various gas application scenarios flexibly.
※ It conducts scheduled detection intelligently off-peak and delays operation automatically without disrupting daily life.
※ It intelligently identifies gas operating conditions and performs daily whole-house pressure holding. Minor leakage can be detected, locked and alarmed. Three safety inspection modes are available: remote, manual and scheduled. The valve will lock immediately and upload fault information remotely once leakage is detected.
※ Users can remotely check device status and receive alarm alerts for easy management. Real-time remote valve shutdown, scheduled valve shutdown and remote safety inspection enable full control over the device.
※ In case of device failure, the valve can be manually opened via the knob inside the battery compartment to ensure temporary gas supply.
※ The overall service life of the device reaches up to 10 years.
※ Automatic valve shutdown is triggered under overpressure or underpressure conditions.
※ Battery-powered. No external power supply is needed. It can be installed directly without damaging existing decorations.
※ Equipped with 4G-CAT1 communication and optimized system design for ultra-long battery life.
※ It supports linkage with wireless devices such as intelligent control panels to build a smart kitchen system.
※ Operating data is uploaded to the cloud in real time for timely status monitoring and improved operation and maintenance efficiency.
